FAQs
Discover Common Questions
How do I order?
Ordering is simple and seamless. Just click "Upload your photos" on the product page, select your desired images, and center them within our round template. Once you are satisfied with the preview, add the set to your cart and proceed to our secure checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Look out for free shipping promotions! Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on where you're located and the shipping method you choose.
What sizes do you offer?
Our signature round magnets are currently offered in one perfect, versatile size. Each magnet is 2.25 inches in diameter, thoughtfully designed to provide a clean, modern aesthetic without cluttering your space.
Do you offer business or logo magnets?
Absolutely. Our custom printing process accommodates any high-resolution image, making our magnets perfect for sleek business logos, promotional items, or corporate gifting. Simply upload your logo file just as you would a standard photo.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every set is custom-produced with your images, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your magnets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@around-magnets.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Will they actually stick well?
Yes. We use a premium, full-coverage magnetic backing rather than a small, weak magnet. This ensures a strong, reliable hold that will easily secure thick cardstock or invitations to any magnetic surface.
